Each custom Lat & Lo™ piece is made to order just for you. All sales on these custom pieces are Final Sale. However, please know that your satisfaction with our collection is our highest priority. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at email@example.com so that we may assist you.
*Please note that we cannot accept packages without a valid RA number. Packages without an RA # may be returned/declined.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee when applicable.
We offer complimentary repairs due to Maker Defect for the first year from date of purchase. After one year, repairs are then available for the lifetime of your piece for a repair fee. Fees vary per need and style. To request a repair, simply fill out our form HERE.
Sterling Silver Jewelry
We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to natural tarnish occurrence on solid sterling silver jewelry after wear. All sterling silver, no matter the source, will naturally oxidize over time. As with any jeweler, we cannot control this natural occurrence as many factors can contribute to the oxidation of sterling silver. However, unlike plated metals, solid .925 Sterling Silver pieces can always be easily returned right back to their original luster with appropriate polish/sterling cleaner. With proper care & cleaning, your sterling silver will last for years to come.
