When will my order ship?

Though we will always strive to ship your order as soon as we possibly can, due to the handcrafted, highly customized nature of each piece we make special to order, please allow up to 7-14 Business Days (excluding weekends & US holidays) for your custom piece(s) to ship from our Florida studio.

Please note, shipping/transit times are in addition to the time needed to make your special order. 

Estimated production times are listed on the product page.

Can I rush an order to receive it faster?

Typically, we ask for up to 7-14 Business Days for each custom order to ship. However, we do offer a RUSH upgrade at checkout.

This option allows for your order to be shipped within 3 business days of purchase using UPS or USPS Express. Please note that due to the time needed in creation, some items are excluded from Rush upgrades.

If you have a specific deadline you need to receive your order by or any questions regarding our shipping & production times, please reach out to us directly at info@latandlo.com before placing your order for more information.

Can I make a change to my order once it's been submitted?

Because each Lat & Lo piece is custom made to order, typically no changes to your order can be made once your order has been submitted.

If you placed the order within 24 hours, you can reach us at info@latandlo.com to see if the order can still be updated before going in to production.

How can I ask a question about a product or order?

We're always happy to help. Please send us an email HERE and we'll reply to your inquiry as soon as possible (typically within 24 hours or sooner).

(Emails sent after normal business hours (5pm EST) or on a weekend, will be responded to as soon as possible once we return.)

What format do you use to write my coordinates?

Though there are multiple ways to write out coordinates representing the same location, Lat & Lo™'s standard format is called DMS (° Degrees, ' Minutes," Seconds). We'll convert your coordinates in this format unless specifically requested otherwise in your order.

How can I find my coordinates?

Shipping questions

What carrier will you use to ship my order?

For orders within the USA, we currently ship via USPS or UPS.

After your order has been created and shipped, most packages will arrive within 3-5 business days when shipping to a destination within the US.

International orders are shipped using DHL Express. Please allow additional transit time for international order deliveries (+3-5 business days).

Will I get a tracking number for my order?

Absolutely. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email containing your unique tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to many international destinations .

Is VAT included in your price?

No, VAT/Import Taxes, Duties & Fees are not included in the price. These are additional fees that may be imposed by your country at customs and vary by each individual country.

Please note, that any additional charges imposed by the importing country are not charged or received by Lat & Lo and are out of our control. If you have questions about what your import taxes or fees will be, please check with your local agencies.

Shipping information & disclosures

Lost or delayed packages

Please ensure all shipping information is up-to-date and entered correctly at the time of purchase as each shipping label is generated to your exact shipping details entered at the time of order. Changes cannot be made to the intended destination once your special package has shipped. 

We work very hard to make each custom order & do everything we can to ensure proper, timely arrival to you. 

However, please know that packages properly labeled & mailed to your provided address by us and marked as "delivered" by the US post office are not eligible for lost/undelivered claims & are out of our control. Please contact your local post office immediately if you feel that your package was misdelivered in their error. 

Delays may sometimes occur in transit due to weather, customs, etc. that are out of our control. 

International order import duties/taxes

VAT/Import Taxes, Duties and/or Fees are not included in the price. These are additional fees that may be imposed by the destination country at customs and vary by each individual country.

What is your return policy?

Each personalized Lat & Lo™ piece is made to order just for you. All sales on these custom pieces are Final Sale. However, please know that your satisfaction with our collection is our highest priority. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at info@latandlo.com so that we may assist you.

*Please note that we cannot accept packages without a valid RA number. Packages without an RA # may be returned/declined. 

We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee when applicable. 

Sterling Silver Jewelry

We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to natural tarnish occurrence on solid sterling silver jewelry after wear. All sterling silver, no matter the source, will naturally oxidize over time. As with any jeweler, we cannot control this natural occurrence as many factors can contribute to the oxidation of sterling silver. However, unlike plated metals, solid .925 Sterling Silver pieces can always be easily returned right back to their original luster with appropriate polish/sterling cleaner. With proper care & cleaning, your sterling silver will last for years to come.
