Our Shipping Policy:
How much? Lat & Lo™ offers a discounted $6.00 flat rate for all destinations within the United States. (International rates vary by destination).
When? Each piece from our collection is handcrafted to order specially for you. Please allow up to 7-14 business days (excluding weekends & US holidays) for your custom order to ship from our workshop in Florida. Once made & shipped, US Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days. *Please note, transit times are in addition to our quoted production time. You will receive a notification email containing your tracking number when your order ships.
Who? For domestic shipments, we typically ship via USPS Priority Mail. International carriers vary depending on country destination.
International Customers: Effective 4/14/17: We now offer duties/tax inclusive shipping rates to most international destinations. This means that duties fees are included & displayed in your final shipping cost at checkout so there are no additional import taxes owed upon delivery. In addition, all international orders are tracked and insured. *Please note, transit times are in addition to our quoted production time. You will receive a notification email containing your tracking number when your order ships.
Other important information: Please ensure all shipping information is up-to-date and entered correctly at time of purchase as each shipping label is generated to your exact shipping details entered at time of order. Changes cannot be made to the intended destination once your special package has shipped.
We work very hard to make each custom order & do everything we can to ensure its proper arrival to its final destination. USPS Priority Mail & all international shipments are tracked and insured.
However, please know that packages properly labeled & mailed to your provided address by us and marked as "delivered" by the US post office are not eligible for lost/undelivered claims & are out of our control. Please contact your local post office immediately if you feel that your package was misdelivered in their error.
Delays may sometimes occur in transit due to weather, customs, etc. that are out of our control.
Our Return/Exchange Policy:
Each custom Lat & Lo™ memory piece is made to order just for you. All sales on these custom pieces are Final Sale. However, please know that your satisfaction with our collection is our highest priority. If you are unsatisfied with your memory piece for any reason, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may assist you.
(*Please note that we cannot accept packages without a valid RA number. Packages without an RA # may be returned / declined.)
Sterling Silver Jewelry
Please know that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to natural tarnish occurrence on sterling silver jewelry after wear. All sterling silver, no matter the source, will naturally oxidize over time. As with any jeweler, we cannot control this natural occurrence as many factors can contribute to the oxidation of sterling silver. However, unlike electroplated metals, .925 Sterling Silver pieces can always be easily returned right back to their original luster with appropriate polish/sterling cleaner. With proper care & cleaning, your sterling silver will last for years to come.
Please follow the care instructions on the back of your Lat & Lo™ insert card to ensure your Lat & Lo™ stays looking its absolute best.
