We always strive to use the very best materials that we can to craft our signature custom Lat & Lo™ coordinates jewelry for our customers. We know how sentimental the custom latitude longitude pieces that we make are so we want them to last as long as they can. That's why we use 14k Gold Filled, solid Sterling Silver and 14k yellow gold options for most every style we craft.
Needless to say, when we did our research on Argentium® silver, we knew it could be a great fit in our collection. So, as of this week, our classic signature Lat & Lo™ Cuff Bracelet will now be crafted using .935 (yep, that's right, even higher quality than .925!) Argentium® sterling silver. We are swapping out regular solid sterling silver for this even more pure, brighter silver metal that we think you will love just as much as we do!
For now, we will only be offering this special silver in our cuff style bracelet, but hope to offer it in even more of our designs in the near future.
So what exactly is Argentium Silver? Here is little more information on this great sterling option:
"Made with a touch of germanium, Argentium® Silver presents a bright white color that is closer to fine silver than traditional sterling and extremely slow to tarnish under most conditions. With 93.5% pure silver, Argentium meets the legal standard to be quality-marked as sterling silver. All Argentium is made from reclaimed silver and its sources are guaranteed by Argentium International Ltd.
Jewelry-makers and their customers appreciate the value and convenience of a brighter-white sterling silver that better resists tarnish, everyday scratches and dents, and keeps on shining."
Argentium, welcome to the Lat & Lo family! :) We hope you all love it and we welcome any feedback.
Have a blessed day!
